Parakeets/Budgies are probably the easiest of the birds to care for— though before buying ANY bird, make sure you do a TON of research beforehand!  Knowing as much as you can about an animal before making a purchase will be a great benefit to both you and the animal, and will ensure that you are giving it an enriching and fulfilling life.
